DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Most of the products sold by The Pool Guy carry a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information packaged with your product if you feel you have a defective product. The Pool Guy does not express or imply any other warranties. The Pool Guy cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, cost, or damage due to customer negligence. For all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The buyer assumes all responsibility, without exception, outside of a manufacturer’s stated return policy or warranty. You may contact The Pool Guy for assistance working with the manufacturer to resolve an issue.
Service charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be approved by The Pool Guy and may be subject to a restocking fee. To request a return, please contact us by phone or email and give us a detailed description as to why you are looking to return the item(s).
The Pool Guy is not responsible for any shipping costs for returned merchandise.
All returned items must be in new condition and have original packaging, warranty cards, and all owner’s manuals to be returned. If you have received a defective product, please refer to the product manual for warranty information before contacting The Pool Guy.
